Over the course of her tenure with Group 8A, Zalak has been an invaluable partner and collaborator when conceptualizing and designing websites, email campaigns, ad creatives, and pop-ups. Her knowledge and experience of UI/UX and conversion optimization tactics has directly affected the performance of our clients’ sites in bettering the user experience and increasing their overall conversion rates. She has shown exemplary leadership in training and mentoring other team members, as well as hiring and managing a direct report.
